Petrobras decision on extra dividend should be made near year-end, says CFO

RIO DE JANEIRO (Reuters) – The board of Brazilian state-run oil giant Petrobras should decide whether or not extra dividends will be paid out near the end of the year, the firm’s Chief Financial Sergio Caetano told Reuters on Tuesday.

“No decision has been taken as to whether or not Petrobras will pay an extra dividend, this will happen at the right time, toward the end of the fiscal year,” he said.
